With approximately 2,000 multifamily units under management, the Firm’s acquisition strategy focuses on value-add and distress opportunities. Our value-add strategy seeks assets with stabilizing cash flows and upside opportunity through organic rent increases, asset repositioning, and property management optimization. Through our distress strategy, we seek to partner with Sponsors and Lenders to optimize for operational performance, creative capital restructuring, or both. Our company is involved in all stages of the investment process including deal sourcing, acquisitions & dispositions, conducting due diligence, sourcing debt and equity, and property, asset, and construction management.
